The Grand Palm is located in the highly sought after area of Cannonborough, which is just a short walk from King Street and offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Make Grand Palm your home base for a family vacation, group retreat, or fun getaway with friends! Upon arrival, you will find a lot with three parking spaces behind the house, which makes packing and unpacking easier. Once inside, you are greeted by an open foyer featuring an eccentric black and white mural on the right wall. To the left is a large living room with two soft leather sofas, a TV and plenty of extra seating. The perfect place for a morning coffee or an after-dinner nightcap! You and your guests can also enjoy the main floor dining room, steps from the hallway, with seating for 6 and a large TV. The kitchen is also directly accessible from the dining room, which is fully equipped for your convenience and boasts a generous counter and a 5-person bar. The main house has 6 bedrooms, all with premium bedding, hotel quality toiletries, and easy access to one of the 5 porches that surround the home. The master suite is simply majestic and features a king size bed, ceiling fan, direct access to the porch, and a large bathroom with dual vanities, spacious shower and garden tub. On the home’s main floors, each additional bedroom has a TV, closets, and unique design details such as original brick fireplaces, French doors, and more. A painted staircase on the home’s second floor leads to a loft-like third-floor space, perfect for children or those looking for a little more privacy during their stay. This open concept has two full size beds plus a sofa, couch and coffee table.

Firearms are not allowed in our private residence. This is a licensed and legal short term rental. Quiet hours in the area are from 10 pm to 8 pm. If violated, the city will issue a fine of $1,047. Guests are responsible for City of Charleston Ordinance 54-227. also for complying with the rules according to section Our city is developing rapidly. Along with this growth comes construction. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the resulting noise or the current aesthetic condition of some neighboring buildings. This shouldn’t be too disruptive during your stay, as the city’s noise ordinance stipulates quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. For stays of 10+ days, an additional cleaning fee is payable at the discretion of the host. Please use masking tape if you want to use tape to decorate an event. If the wall is damaged by removing tape or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood immerses you in the classic charm of Charleston. This house is perfect for a family or group looking for a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular restaurants in the area include The Tippling House Wine Bar, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors rave about the nearby Brown’s Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally roasted coffee and their delicious pastries and cakes.
