The mansion was a natural step in the Hugh family’s emergence, and globally, there was a clear need for a community-centric platform. It was really rewarding to see the number of communities living, working and playing that we could positively influence. Several residents and property managers have turned our name into the verb “just Yuhu it!”.

Our greatest differentiator is our people we call the Yuhulians. We are really happy to have a diverse group of people who want to shape tomorrow’s communities. Our first platform partners were also a huge help in both building our platform and helping us gain credibility in the industry.
