Yugo Adelaide City, a Global Student Accommodation (GSA) development, has officially opened its doors to students from around the world. The property is managed by GSA’s operating partner Yugo, the first global branded student housing operator and will offer a truly distinctive residential experience to 725 local and international students in Adelaide.
At just over 118m tall, Yugo Adelaide City is one of Adelaide’s tallest buildings at 36 storeys and offers panoramic views of the city. With spacious communal areas, workspaces, outdoor terraces, a gym, cinema, communal kitchens and lounges, the complex will act as a hub to enhance students’ experiences during their university years.
Yugo Adelaide City is in a prime location, opposite the University of South Australia and Adelaide, and opposite the start-up hub and business incubator Lot Fourteen. It is a stone’s throw from public transport, the retail hub Rundle Mall and the restaurant, cafe and boutique fashion capital of Rundle St, placing students in the heart of Adelaide’s busy commercial and cultural precinct.

Development of the Yugo Adelaide City was led by GSA Development Director Travis Harkness. This is GSA’s fifth Australian student housing community, joining properties in Perth and Melbourne.
