He broke into storage units and stole items. The mailbox was also broken into and all the mail was taken. No camera, no surveillance, you check where you go and what you have valuable. Every day you wake up with the fear of whether your car has wheels or not. Think before you split the unit here.
This community looks good and is located in a good location. We all need a safe place that we can’t feel here. A lot of burglars in the unit, the vehicle tires are often stolen. If you can bear such things, welcome this community.

This place is not a safe place. If you have a new car, it is certain that your car tires will be stolen. This happens every week now a day. Your room is going to be broken. This community has this happening very often. Now your plan how you like it. I would never recommend this community.
Hello everyone, before I come here, ask the management to see if they are secutiy or not! If they don’t say anything, they don’t come here. Many robberies take place here. Once in mine, 2 times in my friend’s room, and others too. It’s like someone from the inside. I asked the management to have security and we are ready to pay like $5, $10 extra per month, in which case they will take security from him. I don’t understand why they want dnt security. Second, bad management, no work to organize in time. I said I want someone in my room when I’m not at home. So, they say, then we cannot guarantee when you will arrive at your destination. I mean what is this???? Who do we want in our apartment, so u in time ????? I did not come here, r 5 we families, and we come here to leave here.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not live here unless your own power is stolen from you. It was the last month of living here and I had the wheels and sumps taken off my car. A bad area to live in. I spoke with the office manager and they all took care of the next months rent. They have no security cameras in the complex except for the front gate! The gate code of the Gate has probably been the same for years now. I also spoke to the maintenance man and he told me that people’s ribs and tires have been stolen for four seasons in the last 4 months! That’s ridiculous! They think they have servants walking at night. Whom I have never seen! The man also told me that the food is probably living here for free and staying inside all night is not doing the job they are supposed to be doing!! Something should change here security wise I shouldn’t have to worry about the only vehicles stealing my wheels because I have a nice car!
They don’t know how to fix and walk through a locked gate, and they don’t know how to manage, and they don’t know how to take care of the stern everywhere – don’t worry about the garbage outside the bin and the smelly, smelly smell.
Shift: The Wortham Center’s Ezine
After 8 months I’m just thankful that I signed a short lease and now I’m free to leave. The room was dirty when we entered, the couches, appliances and cabinets were damaged, even though the unit was “renovated” – a term loosely applied to this community. After asking for repairs to be done, we finally gave up and lived in our rental with an old dryer that barely worked, a freezer that doesn’t keep the right temperature and is still missing its ice maker, cabinets that are peeling, and the tile is discolored. showers, and a broken kitchen. We saw several cars broken into here, to which the manager responded by placing signs on everyone’s door warning us that Management was not responsible for “vandalism”. Now they’re asking everyone to buy remote access to the gate, or they’ll have to make a phone call to have the gate open for them – all to make a few extra bucks. I remember posting negative reviews on other sites when we first looked at this community. I thought it was incorrect or wrong. I wish I could have saved myself from spending 8 months hating myself. Please look elsewhere.
HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. HOWEVER THE OUTCOME WAS NOT IN MY FAVOR WITH MY ACCOUNT. I have to say that the service I received from Rose’s property manager was EXCELLENT. She was very kind and helpful. VISUALLY DIFFICULT WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I ALSO LOVE MY HOUSE AND IT’S A GREAT LOCATION!!! Thank you Rose.
This is a great place to stay. Recently the apartment is nice and I never had any problems, very quiet and quite. They keep the area very clean and easy access to hwy 290 and 1960, and im glad i can call this place home.
I have actually lived here for six years! The complex is nice and quiet and the staff is helpful! He is a resident of the hospital.

They have excellent customer service and respond to orders quickly and at no cost. The building is very pretty and shiny and no one else has it.
I recently bought these in March 2015. I choose these because they are central to both of my boys’ schools. They meet at Highway 290 and the main street FM1960. They are nice because it goes to the first site, it just needs work. I live on the first floor with hardwood laminate flooring, which comes in handy with the kids. The floor went down to her, the floor plate went up. Washers and dryers are outdated so it takes about an hour to dry one load. I put in a ticket, but they say it’s too hot to do anything about it.
