Jim became president of TSC and created a financial services division to pursue enterprise-based financing for large users of real estate. The division began raising $3 billion in funding for clients around the world, and TSC acted as principal in his leaseback purchases where he sold over $8 billion, primarily through his 1031 tax exempt Sold on the trading market. Jim has developed over 8,000 multifamily homes with Roger Staubach and Robert Shaw and has developed or purchased and sold tens of millions of square feet of office space with TSC.
