Two of the five buildings will have 16 units with attached garages, and the other three buildings will each have 22 detached garage units. Each of the 54 two-bedroom units and 44 one-bedroom units has a private entrance.
Features include large kitchen, keyless entry and large windows. The layouts are suitable for working from home with high speed internet access and television. The release states that there is no application fee and that the cost of heat is included in the rent.
The statement said the complex will feature a “modern California-style design” inside and out. Each building will feature accent colors such as forest green, autumn red and Pacific blue, paired with red brick and white vertical facade accents.
