They charged me $5000 to go out. Replaced the carpet even though it looked brand new and charged me for every little thing including a burnt out light bulb. After reading hundreds of reviews online by others, they do this for everyone. They replace carpets, whatever, maybe a relative owns a carpet company. They are thieves. Don’t take rent from them. There are about 10 other companies for hire in the city. Go to one of them. Save your money.
Do not rent from this woman! She is extremely unethical and greedy because *** after renting the same house for about five years, her company replaced the previous management company and imposed a fifty percent rent increase in one month!!! Absolutely horrible woman, hire from any company other than her!

At the turn of the house I rented for 3.5 years, my wife and I really cleaned it, asked to go with a representative to inspect, no answer, three weeks later we received our deposit minus $380 dollars for cleaning and fixing things that were not true, like burned out lights. Bulbs, yard uncut and culled, fully furnished, beyond 14 days of release of our deposit. I will see them in small claims court, Windermere gave us false information about the property lines, we were harassed, communications were not sent where they said they were, we did not return calls, I have records of all the emails to back it up, we had a rental that was not funded. Not processed due to shortage, after calling them to see if they would redeposit the check, they incorrectly asked to bring another check, the first one was destroyed, then it bounced because the first check was there. Cleared after second attempt. Mine cost $200, I have since paid by bank check.
