I moved in August 2021, I saw good and bad reviews, but I ignored them because I really needed a place to stay, but please don’t ignore them. What they don’t tell you is that it’s also low-income housing for non-students and dirty people. I had gotten into fights with roommates and Westmar didn’t care until my mom and I threatened to call the police. My roommate is 30 years old and I am 18 years old. Worst apartment ever.
Motili Leads Sustainable Overhaul Of Large Student Housing Facility
Living here was very low. Mentally distressed and depressed. They don’t care how the place looks or how the residents treat the place. They try to belittle people because it’s a “student life” but even a security guard working there doesn’t like it and doesn’t recommend it. Trash is a problem. Pets and pests are a problem. Maintenance and pest control are not even minimal. This is not a place to call home and you can barely get comfortable. They don’t get along with roommates based on preferences and prices to live with bugs and barely collect furniture. But this is living? Most people in the office are rude or barely have an answer for anything. Their main concern is literally money. This company can barely keep the position up and in tact. It requires a real deep clean, real pest control and new management of all of the above. Please don’t get confused or misled by the different floor plan names. Nothing really differs from Elite/Luxury or Standard. If a person pays more, it should at least look better. So many of the same complaints over and over again, how come management didn’t take action? The task is to ensure that the residents are satisfied. But no. WESTMAR gave me a terrible time Take this as a sign and don’t. The prices look good but it’s not worth it. It’s not worth the mistreatment and unprofessionalism. Well, at least it wasn’t for me and that’s why I had to leave before my lease was up. This isn’t even half of what I’ve experienced, but it’s not. This place needs a real refresh. Just because the lobby looks good doesn’t mean anything, once you get in the elevator or walk down the hall it’s like a different world. Don’t fall for the facilities and decorated lobby, don’t be convinced by their actions. They should do better but this can be ignored like all the other complaints people have had over the years. Do better. All God’s help.
It deserves one star for its cheap and affordable lifestyle. Maintenance is always late, no proper building security but luckily for the neighborhood, minor bug problem, extremely horrible guest parking policies. Customer service can be pretty good, but if you come across a caring employee, you should be fine. Very poor quality furniture. People at Westmar don’t seem to care what goes on in the facility as much as they should. The focus is always on making sure the renters get paid by email. But if you only care about an affordable roof over your head and good security in the community, Westmar is your place!
I am not a picky person and usually never complain but this was the most traumatic life experience for me and my roommates. 2 of the original 4 roommates passed the lease by the 1st week because the conditions were unlivable. I was the only one who suffered every day. Dirty, management is never responsive, elevators are always broken, regularly have to vomit on the stairs, and whenever they can they find excuses to take your money and charge you extra fines (I was fined $300 for not going through the long complex was the registration process for carrying a guest). dangerous
Westmar is the place to be! They got a pool, a gym, a shuttle, they let you walk the dogs here, it’s close to a lot of places, they got a coffee machine, a lounge, it’s really fun. I love Westmar. Go to Westmar. We even get free food sometimes!

Westmar is a very convenient place to live. Best location in Midwest City for convenience and walking. Close to grocery stores and gas stations and schools. Big fan of the two bedroom layout and amenities! Pooand game room is very nice and they offer many events.
These are so cute! Lots of rooms to choose from and all very spacious. However, the maintenance and staff are extremely dangerous and do not care about their residence. I moved here in August and this is still a problem to this day so there was always a broken fridge. My roommate who lived here for a year before also dealt with the same broken refrigerator. The units were not properly furnished when we moved in. Between the unnecessary and outrageous late fees they charge and broken equipment inside the unit I’m not sure the pros outweigh the cons, although these are great.
