Olympia Oaks is a 42-unit single-family residence located on a 13-acre site, built by Way Finders in partnership with the Valley Community Development Corporation and initially occupied in early fall 2014. Funding sources included CDBG and Community Preservation Act funds from the City of Amherst, Interfaith Housing Corporation, a grant from NeighborWorks America & Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Affordable Housing Trust, Housing Stabilization Fund and Section 8 project-based funding from DHCD, as well as ongoing funding from Massachusetts Housing Partnership.

Woodland Walk is a 39-unit family residential development purchased by Way Finders in 2010. Way Finders assumed existing USDA mortgages and completely renovated the properties using Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax credit exchanges, HOME and Affordable Housing Trust funds. USDA Rural Development also provides rental assistance for all facilities.
Parsons Village is a 38-unit family residential development developed by Valley Community Development Corp in partnership with Way Finders and completed in September 2015. Funding sources include the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, the Affordable Housing Fund, the Housing Stabilization Fund, ongoing funding from Easthampton Savings Bank , a TD Charitable Housing Fund grant, and a project-based Section 8 from DHCD.
Mountain View is a 25-unit apartment building for seniors and families. Way Finders purchased and restored the property in 2003 with funding from USDA Rural Development.
Verano is a 44-unit family rental development originally acquired by Way Finders and Nueva Esperanza in the mid-1980s. Way Finders recapitalized and fully rehabilitated the project with the help of Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, the Affordable Housing Trust and ongoing funding from the Massachusetts Housing Partnership.
Arleen Malley Zank
Dwight Clinton is a 19-unit apartment building developed in partnership with Housing and Economic Resources for Women, Inc. Sixteen of them receive assistance through the Massachusetts rental voucher program, and nine provide permanent housing for pregnant women and new parents. Funding sources for the initial and subsequent renovations included the HUD McKinney Housing Assistance Program, the Weatherization Assistance Program, HOME, the McAuley Institute, the Housing Stabilization Fund, and NeighborWorks® America.
Carlos Vega Townhomes is an 18-unit property that provides housing for 18 farming families. At the request of the USDA, Way Finders developed this property in 1987 in partnership with Valley Housing Development Corp. The property was and continues to be subsidized by the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development.
The Library Commons consists of three restored historic buildings and one newly constructed building. The development includes a support services component managed by The Care Center known as Roque House.
A range of Way Finders services will be available on site, including basic adult education, financial literacy, first-time homebuyer courses; career counseling; income tax preparation, college admissions and financial aid application assistance. Library Commons will also have meeting space, classrooms and an art studio/gallery for all residents.

Stevens Memorial Senior Housing is a 28-unit rental property renovated by Way Finders in a historic building that was originally used as a recreational facility for Ludlow Mills workers. Funding sources included HUD 202, as well as state funds consisting of HOME, the Housing Stabilization Fund, and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. These units were completed and occupied in the fall of 2014.
Earle Street has 16 apartments for rent which include 14 one bedroom units and 2 apartments. All units receive Section 8 rental assistance. Way Finders took over management of the property in January 2012.
Paradise Pond is a 12-unit family rental property, including four units for formerly homeless families. Completed in 2006, funding sources include HOME, Housing Stabilization Fund, Housing Innovations Fund, CDBG, HUD Supportive Housing, Affordable Housing Trust and Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund.
The Lorraine is a restored historic building with 28 single occupancy apartments, including two disabled rooms and two commercial units. Completed in 2001, funding sources include the City of Northampton’s CDBG, the Housing Innovation Fund II, the Housing Stabilization Fund Recovery Initiative, and the Boston Federal Home Loan Bank’s Affordable Housing Program.

The former Northampton Lumber Company property is being converted into 55 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with approximately 5,400 square feet of commercial space on Pleasant Street.
31 studio apartments available – Beautifully restored historic building located on Bridge Street, Northampton. The property is centrally located in Northampton with parking, laundry facilities and a lift. All 31 studio rooms are brand new and include a small kitchen and private bathroom. All utilities including heating, hot water and air conditioning are included. Facilities include a bicycle rack, a lovely courtyard, a terrace and a common area.
Southampton Meadows is a 40-unit seniors’ apartment building built in 1989. Way Finders was the nonprofit sponsor of this HUD 202 project and assumed management responsibility in 2008. Refinancing through HUD/FHA provided capital for upgrades and renovations in 2012.

Ahrend Circle Apartments is a 40-unit senior living facility owned by a local nonprofit and operated by Way Finders since 2010.
New Court Terrace is 44 apartments spread over three buildings. Significantly revamped in 2005, funding sources include Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Weatherization Assistance Program, Lead Paint Hazard Reduction Program, HOME and the Affordable Housing Fund.
Kenwyn and Quadrangle is a 60-apartment project renovated in 2015. Kenwyn Apartments includes 27 units of affordable housing for families. Quadrangle Court Apartments consists of 33 family apartments. Funding for recent renovations and upgrades included state and federal low-income housing tax credits, City of Springfield CDBG funds, state and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits, Massachusetts Housing Partnership and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Silver Meadows is a 20-unit one-bedroom retirement home developed and managed by Way Finders. Completed in 2000, the property was funded by the HUD 202 program and state resources and is owned by Silver Meadow, Inc., a local nonprofit.
