Waterview Property Management Llc – If location is most important to you, this small, individually owned condominium complex is the perfect place. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is simple, tastefully decorated and has everything your family needs for a great beach stay. This top floor condo, #202 at the Ocean Inn, is just steps from the pool and parking and has large windows to let in lots of natural light. It faces southwest, so our lovely low-lying sunsets pour straight through the window. There is no beach view, but if you look to the side from the bedroom windows, you can see a small view ahead. No sleep for the teenagers though – each of the bedrooms also has a large bright window to let you know when it’s time to start the day. With their high ceilings and bright natural light, the bedrooms feel much larger than they are. The bedrooms are small, but they are big enough for a comfortable bed and good sleep. (You know you won’t be there much anyway.) The full kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and bakeware. With all the fabulous cuisine on the island, in Charleston and the surrounding areas, you may not need to cook much, but it’s helpful to have what you need for simple breakfasts and light meals.
On the Ocean Inn property you’ll find a swimming pool and two barbecue areas for use by owners and guests, paid parking and shared laundry facilities just steps away. (You’ll need quarters – we’ll remind you of that before you get here.)

Speaking of cuisine, the restaurants on the island are popular among tourists and locals alike. All within a 3 block radius, the Isle of Palms business district has restaurants and shops, motorcycle rentals, spas and even a computer repair shop. This complex stands in the middle of it all! A little further, but still within walking distance, is the grocery store, a “red dot” ABC store (that’s south speak for the Liquor Store), a vet clinic, a dentist, and more.
An Oceanview Oasis
None of our restaurants at IOP close for the winter, but it’s definitely busier here in the summer, when the bar and live music scene are going strong into the night. If you plan ahead, you may be able to get some tickets to a show at Windjammer, an Isle of Palms venue that has a beachside bar/food bar by day and bar/music bar by night. Coconut Joe’s, The Dinghy, The Refuge also have music.

** All items available for your use – soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products – will be in your apartment upon arrival. Routine change of linen and towels is not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need freshening, there is a laundry on site for guest use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper products and soap if initial quantities are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All our properties are NON SMOKING properties. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please dispose of properly. The deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning fees will be incurred if evidence of indoor smoking is found after departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking through an open door or window to allow smoke to enter the apartment. Please remove smoking from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts – birds think they are food. Please do not drop them in the parking lot or on the grass for someone else to pick up.
