Janae Jarvis is Regional Vice President of Wasatch Property Management and is responsible for the operations of the Utah, Colorado and Washington Residential Portfolio of 30 communities, a total of 7,098 units and more than 185 employees with an annual budget of $62 million. This portfolio increased NOI by 7 percent from 2014 to 2015, totaling $3.7 million.
With over 23 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Ms. Jarvis joined Wasatch in November 1999. He has served as president of the Utah Housing Association, in several board positions, and on the National Housing Association Board. He holds the Home Loan Certified Professional (HCCP) designation and the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation.
Scott Stettler is Chief Financial Officer of Wasatch Property Management, Inc. and oversees the company’s financial accounting, forecasting and reporting functions. He joined the Wasatch Group to manage all financial and accounting aspects of Wasatch’s $2 billion multifamily real estate portfolio, including Wasatch’s multifamily real estate management company and several venture companies under the management company. the finance team works together with the procurement and procurement team. ownership umbrella.

Mr. Stettler received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boise State University in 1998 and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant™ (CGMA®). He also serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Community Abuse Prevention Services Agency (CAPSA), a nonprofit organization based in Cache Valley, Utah.
Corey Smith is Vice President of Capital Improvement and oversees $10-20 million in annual capital expenditures, assisting with forecasting, budgeting and planning and design reviews. He leads contract negotiations for all capital expenditure and national procurement contracts. With a background in accounting, she oversees the accounting of all residential capital projects, including special projects, loan originations and reporting.
Mr. Smith has been with the Capitals since 2004. After joining Wasatch in January 1999, he worked in Accounting before moving to the Equity department. He and his team have successfully completed the renovation of many single family properties in the West. In addition to renovations, he helped with due diligence, underwriting and the acquisition of 18 to 20 residential properties and saw the company grow from 10,000 to 17,000. Recently, the Capitals department has assisted with several new construction projects ranging from residential homes and cabins to light commercial buildings.
Lisa Levanger has been with Wasatch Property Management, Inc. since May 2010. is the Vice President for Human Resources. He is responsible for Wasatch’s company-wide HR strategy and execution.

After graduating from Utah State University in 2003, she joined Wasatch, holding several positions in the human resources department before becoming Vice President. In 2013, Ms. Levancer began managing the human resources functions of REAL Salt Lake and Broadway Media.
Ms. Levanger earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources from Utah State University and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2007.

He joined Wasatch in June 2009 as a Personnel and Tax Accountant at Wasatch Acquisitions and Capital, Inc. until accepting the position of Personnel Accountant at WPM in January 2011. In January 2013, he became WPM’s Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting. He later became a Supervisor in March 2016.

In his current role, Mr. Lewis prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for investors, creditors, company management and other stakeholders. He also coordinates and assists in the development of annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow planning for all of Wasatch’s multifamily properties and parent/subsidiaries. He provides additional financial analysis for capital projects, investments, contract negotiations and company operations. She provides information for annual audits and assists the Wasatch Group finance team in monitoring debt levels, debt compliance and creditor compliance.
Mr. Lewis graduated from the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Economics.
As Regional Manager, James Johnson oversees and manages day-to-day field operations for six Wasatch residential properties with 1,611 units and 46 employees. He focuses on budgets, personnel, tenant relations and concerns, and capital projects.
Prior to joining Wasatch Property Management in 2010, Mr. Johnson worked as a recruiter and team leader for Covergys™, a Fortune 500 company, since 2008, where he also managed 20 telephone agents. During this time, he helped build the commercial customer service team for Comcast™.

Mr. Johnson brought detail-oriented customer service experience to Wasatch Property Management when he joined in 2010 as a leasing agent and finance manager. His experience with the European Collection — three large residential properties in the Salt Lake City, Utah, metro area — brought financing. stability and growth in the first years of these properties. Mr. Johnson served as Finance Manager at The Falls at Riverwoods Apartments in Logan, Utah, and as Property Manager at Devonshire Court and Four Seasons Apartments, North Logan. Over the years, he has assisted in several successful leases of several Wasatch properties. His leadership of Four Seasons Apartments placed the property in the ORA Power Rankings every year between 2015 and 2018. Since assuming the position of Regional Leader and Regional Manager for Northern Utah in January 2018, he has been involved in the development and leasing of additional units. Mr. Johnson holds an Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a BA in Public Relations and a minor in Human Resources and Business Administration from Utah State University.
Brittany Stewart began her career in property management in 2002 as a part-time leasing agent at Wasatch Property Management. He worked as a Finance Manager for several other Wasatch communities for several years before accepting the position of property manager at Promontory Point Apartments in Sandy, Utah. After a brief hiatus, Ms. Stewart returned to the Wasatch in 2011 to manage Providence Place Apartments in the leasing phase. Since then, he has participated in several other affordable/tax credit rentals for the Wasatch. Ms. Stewart became the Salt Lake Regional Manager for Wasatch’s tax credit communities in early 2019 and oversees 10 communities with a total of 1,908 units.
Ms. Stewart holds an Accredited Residence Manager (ARM) designation and a BA in Music Performance Violin from Arizona State University.

With more than 25 years of marketing and education experience, Kitty Callaghan began her career as a leasing agent and then worked her way up to management. His experience in development and market research, product positioning, branding, multimedia advertising and online marketing strategies for various markets has enabled him to successfully create and implement innovative marketing plans for new products, sustainable communities and renovated properties. He joined Wasatch in 2008 and continues to use his experience to generate new ideas in the growing and changing multifamily industry.
Kitty has served on the San Diego County Housing Association Board of Directors, where she chaired the Education Committee, and is a certified instructor through the National Housing Association facilitating CALP, CAM and CAPS designation courses. He holds a California Real Estate License and earned the Certified Property Manager® designation through the Real Estate Management Institute.
Patrick Morse began his career in residential property management in 1999 and joined Wasatch Property Management in 2000 as a property manager. As regional manager, he oversees 64 employees and nine communities with combined annual revenue exceeding $27 million.
In addition to his residential management experience, Mr. Morse has 17 years of sales and training experience. He is certified as a Specialist in Housing Loan Management (SHCM), holds an active real estate license in the state of Utah, and is currently pursuing his Certified Property Manager® (CPM) accreditation. He is an active board member of the Utah Housing Association.
