Janae Jarvis is Regional Vice President of Wasatch Property Management and is responsible for the operations of the Utah, Colorado and Washington Residential Portfolio of 30 communities, a total of 7,098 units and more than 185 employees with an annual budget of $62 million. He worked as a Finance Manager for several other Wasatch communities for several years before accepting the position of property manager at Promontory Point Apartments in Sandy, Utah. After a brief hiatus, Ms. Stewart returned to the Wasatch in 2011 to manage Providence Place Apartments in the leasing phase. Since then, he has participated in several other affordable/tax credit rentals for the Wasatch. Ms. Stewart became the Salt Lake Regional Manager for Wasatch’s tax credit communities in early 2019 and oversees 10 communities with a total of 1,908 units.
