The residential community portion of the building offers two-bedroom and one-bedroom options. Each room is luxuriously furnished with full size beds, standing desks with power outlets, closets for hanging clothes and storage, chest of drawers and wardrobes. Each bathroom has a granite vanity with two undermount sinks, a large vanity mirror, maple cabinetry with generous storage space for personal items, a separate toilet, a lighted shower, and marble tile floors. Residents of R.G. Wanek Center and University Center II share an adjacent bathroom (4 students per bathroom).

We have a fair and consistent rent collection policy and this is communicated to tenants before they move into your property. They know that we expect the rent to be paid on the first of every month. If it is not paid by the third month, we consider it late and charges apply. Jennifer began her real estate career in moving companies and pawn shops. After moving to San Diego in the 1990s, she saw a unique opportunity to develop a program to manage privately owned single-family homes and apartments that would deliver a positive tenant experience and lead to increased returns for investors.
An active volunteer in the property management community, Jennifer has served two terms as President of the San Diego Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Managers), as President of the State Chapter of CALNARPM and on various national committees. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the San Diego Association of Realtors.
A native Californian raised in the Inland Empire, Mike left home to serve in the US Navy where he served 6 years with The Presidential Ceremonial Guard and The USS Carl Vinson. After leaving the Navy, he began managing multi-family properties in the Inland Empire, eventually branching out to San Diego managing single-family, commercial and multi-family properties. Mike is passionate about finding the best home for our future tenants and ensuring our owners have the best tenant in their property. Mike has several degrees, but his favorite is a BA in Real Estate from Ashford University in 2016.
