Waimea Property Management – We are excited to open our seventh Big Island office in the beautiful town of Waimea (Kamuela), Hawaii. We have planted deep roots on the Big Island since 2008, when Hawaii Life was first launched, and the market is now thriving. Our team of local agents have been an established presence on the Island for over ten years.
Our new office will be led by Brokers-in-Charge Renee Hill and Lovette Llantos. Renee is a longtime Hawaii life broker born and raised in Hilo. Lovette joined our team last year after a long career in Island real estate. Both are highly skilled Big Island real estate brokers and well known in the Hawaii real estate market.

There isn’t much new construction in Waimea, so buyers looking for classic features, but all the conveniences offered by the new development, Waimea Parkside, built by Tinguely Development, should be seen. As a community manager, he holds regular events in the community to show his appreciation to the residents, and to get feedback on the homes after they have lived there for a while.
The homes’ design honors the plantation style, with board-and-batten roofs and standing roofs with a 40-year warranty. The home features premium engineered wood floors, crown molding, wainscoting, vaulted ceilings and coffered ceilings, depending on the floor plans and finishes buyers choose.

It’s also filled with modern touches like radiant heat on bathroom floors, heated towel bars, and gas fireplaces to warm the homes on chilly Waimea nights. “We pride ourselves on making sure that the Waimea Parkside homes stand out, but also that the neighborhood’s style will stand the test of time and still be the same 40 years from now,” Tinguely said.
Fully insulated, the homes protect against the winter heat and winds of Waimea’s highlands. They form the basis of a permanent stem wall, raised to protect against ground moisture. They consist of vinyl, double-glazed windows with fixed glass to naturally breathe the houses on hot days, and send them out when the temperature drops. The 10,000 square foot lot is fully fenced, landscaped and equipped with irrigation systems for convenience.
