Each includes a private bathroom. Bedrooms include one king, three queen beds, and four double beds. Outdoor amenities include a private pool, balcony (accessible from each bedroom), and ample parking (six spots). When the temperature is above 50°F, the pool can be heated (gas-heated) from October to April. An additional fee of $300 applies to guests who want the pool heated. Located near some of the area’s best attractions, Garden City Beach is located directly south of Surfside Beach and ends at a peninsula at the mouth of Morrells Inlet. Kelly’s home was beautiful and quiet, as it is located near the S end of Waccamaw. Some furniture was damaged and some kitchen cabinets were out of order. Considering the rental price in this property, I believe that many of the furnishings need to be updated to be on par with the competition. Mattresses can be refreshed as several springs start to feel uncomfortable.
