Stay here!! Great house, great property, great location. Communication was great and everything related to our stay was easy. Great fenced yard for dogs. Close to hiking trails. Close to Grand Junction and Palisades for day trips. I can’t say enough good things about Black Bear and Christy. If you are going to the West Slope in CO this is the place to stay!!
Black Bear IV was absolutely perfect for our group of eight (two parents, three kids and three partners!). The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and the outside space was the same. As important to us, the proximity to the Colorado National Monument could not be beat. Our only minor criticism is that the loft gets very hot on hot days. One day, the smart thermostat reset to the default temperature of 78, making it too hot for our couple upstairs until sunset. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a great location for Grand Junction! Very close to lots of amenities! We stayed here with family and enjoyed the layout of the house and yard for family time together. I would recommend this property. Oh no. who need a large space to host many guests!

This place was wonderful. It was clean and everything was so nice. The pillows were perfect. They messaged us to let us know we could check in a little earlier in the day. There was a basket of snacks and treats, which my kids loved. We used a gas fireplace. Everything was wonderful, it made our trip better.
Christina’s home was clean and beautiful, very spacious and a great base for an adventure in Fruita. Thank you!
We had a little problem with one of the rooms being colder than the rest of the house, but nothing to worry about.

It was spacious and perfect for a family gathering. It was comfortable and well stocked. Convenient location for nearby mountain biking. Large garage for safe storage of bicycles. We couldn’t have asked for more and hope to be back again soon!!
This house was perfect for our little teacher reunion. Lots of room to spread out. The back patio was relaxing in the evenings. I would recommend this rental.
We were three older couples who travel together frequently and frequently stay at VRBO properties around the world. This newer home located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Fruita was a great place for us. We went to the area for the annual peach festival in nearby Palisade, Colorado. This house was far enough away to provide peace and quiet, but was only a short drive to Palisade for festival activities, Grand Junction for restaurants, or downtown Fruita for coffee. Four bedrooms with three separate bathrooms really fit our needs. Everyone in our party agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for light meals and the partially covered patio with fire pit was a lovely place to hang out in the evenings. The double garage with two separate remotes worked well for our two cars and made it easy to get in and out of the property. Self check in was seamless and the property was immaculately cleaned. Check it only takes taking out the trash and running the dishwasher. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We were so comfortable in your home. There were eight of us and three dogs. We enjoyed the kitchen and the back yard with the fire pit. The beds were so perfect. I would like to know the manufacturer of the mattress. We had one problem in the kitchen and it was solved immediately. Everyone was so kind. We would give the property a 10!
A spacious house with plenty of space for an extended family. Comfortable living space with a nice layout. Open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room next to each other for easy conversation with each person in all areas. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds with a huge master closet and a large bathtub. Large garage for parking two vehicles and a spacious yard. The location is minutes from I-70 in Fruita and 10 minutes from the Colorado National Monument, which is a must see when you are here. A short drive to Grand Junction and its beautiful Main Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I had a great 3 night stay in this lovely house. Spacious and open layout. Well stocked and thought out. Perfect location for mountain biking on the Fruita / GJ trails and Moab, Canyons and Arches National Parks.
Amazing Colorado Mountain Biking Road Trips
We spent a week at Christina’s house in Fruita and loved everything about it. The house is clean, well stocked and large enough to provide privacy when you want it, and plenty of large open spaces to gather when you want it. It’s easy to get to the freeway, and it’s far enough away from the freeway that it’s really quiet. Thank you Christy, for making our week in Fruita such a great experience.
Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The proximity to the small towns in the area was perfect. Great recreation nearby. Very clean, management responsible and hospitable. We asked for a fan as the upstairs suite was very hot during our stay. Probably because of its location above the garage. They delivered one quickly. Large area and property.
Kristi & Mike’s property was the perfect place for our family gathering! We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had almost everything we needed in the house or within driving distance. – Large gathering space with plenty of comfortable seating – Functional kitchen with all the appliances you need and lots of counter space – The back yard was great for the kids and the dog! We appreciated the extra chairs and table outside. – Two master bedrooms – So much storage in the closets and garage! We didn’t need it all, but it was nice to have enough space to put things and feel at home. – Spacious garage – Informative guest book: general information, community information, trail maps – Generous welcome basket full of goodies! – Plenty of bed linen and towels – Pet friendly – Good WiFi
Beautiful home with great location to CO National Monument and wineries. Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful backyard space with large gas fire pit. Perfect for a group in town to try some wine!
