Still waiting on my bedroom carpets to be cleaned since the pipes burst and now mold in the room and living area. No time to fix that but cars can tow…. Edit: So I wanted to stop and edit my review. Changed my one star to three. The management finally solved the issue with mold in my apartment. It’s so much better. There is also a new property manager. It is 100% better than the old one. She is very welcoming and friendly. Valley high flats is a decent place to live.

I live here for 4 years since opening we have so many managers the first one was very good but it was very bad after but now we have a good manager again she is really in the building every day and it’s nice with a smile to talk to her I’m happy thank you

There is a permanent note on the door that he is in a meeting. I have tried emailing and calling still nothing. I’ve never lived in a place where we couldn’t ask a question, yet Randy always seems to get his point/news for us. WONDERFUL. I’ve decided I won’t worry about it anymore. If I can’t get any information about the rent don’t expect money from me.

“Abysmal” is the word that comes to mind when I think of Valleyhigh Flats property management. Nobody lives in the office 80% of the week. It takes several days to hear back from the manager, no matter how urgent the matter. They will certainly send you 3 to 4 notices that your lease is ending despite resigning weeks before. Very poor communication all around. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that it is a great location.
