This was my first time moving in alone with my boyfriend, unfortunately we had to do a lot to get accepted into this community, but the managers were very sweet and helpful and helped us plan for the future!! I wish we had moved to this community, but at the same time, anyone who is planning to move, you are sure to love your leasing managers!
Hi, my name is Benny McCray and my wife Rosa, we have lived in Valor for over three years. We would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Marie and Sinnessa run the front office and you will always receive excellent customer service. You are always greeted with a smile and feel very comfortable knowing you are in good hands and don’t worry if you have any problems or concerns. The complex is always well maintained and the maintenance crew does a good job of resolving any issues in a timely manner.
The leasing office is unprofessional, incompetent and a liar. The units aren’t worth the epic battle you’re trying to get into here. They are only interested in you applying and making a financial payment for the unit. If you don’t want to be offended and enjoy banging your head against the wall and screaming, stay away from this place.
Moving in was easy! I told them what day I wanted to move in and they went out of their way to make it happen! The staff walked me through everything and answered any questions I had. Since then they have hired new staff and are very easy to work with. It always made sure I was greeted when I arrived at the office. I moved in a few months ago and it’s been great. I can’t hear my neighbors at all which was a concern as I have a young child who needs to sleep. Surrounded by a dog area and playground, it’s very convenient for me and a good place to take my kid and dog for a run. There is always someone outside taking care of the trees, buildings and any rubbish around. Beautiful inside! They look even better in person and I was very happy to see the new appliances installed when I moved in. It’s been great so far and I hope to stay for a few more years!
