Valcor Property Management – Lemon Creek Ranch broke ground last week and a new H-E-B will be on the site. H-E-B LP purchased 14 acres within the development in January of last year, according to Bexar County records.

Lemon Creek Ranch is a grocery-oriented new mixed-use development between Boerne and San Antonio. The 118 acres will have retail, residential and office space, five of those acres will be devoted to recreation along Lemon Creek, according to a Valcor release.
The first phase of Lemon Creek Ranch includes a Class A three-story retail/office building with 87,594 square feet of commercial space as well as a Class A one-story commercial building with 16,287 square feet of commercial space.
When completed, Lemon Creek Ranch will have over 850,000 square feet of commercial space, 800 Class A residences (Garden/Wrap/Townhomes), living water bodies, and 25 acres of parkland with walking trails.
