Christine “Chris” Savoie has been the property manager since 2012. He oversees operations at all of our offices and ensures that owners receive the same high level of service from one office to the next. Chris has a long history in real estate in the Fort Hood area, beginning in 2002 as a Licensed Assistant/Office Manager for National Real Estate Producer. He has developed multidisciplinary and problem-solving skills to help buyers and sellers close with minimal hassle. After a short stint with her husband and the military, she landed in our property management department and honed her skills, implementing many of our beneficial programs for our owners and tenants, as well as leading many of our large corporate projects around the world.
In addition to his accomplishments with Trustmark, he is a leader in NARPM(R), having served on the Board and as President of several chapters. He is one of the few outstanding individuals to hold the Real Estate Manager designation from NARPM(R). He was also awarded the Commitment to Excellence Award by ERA in 2017 for his dedication to the company, team player attitude and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Chris and her family resettled in Central Texas when her husband Matt retired from the Army after 26 years of service. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys watching her youngest son (now 2) play hockey (yes, in Central Texas) and traveling and spending time with family.
Crystal joined us after spending over 4 years working for a small family owned construction and property management company located in the Northern California area. While working for the company in California as a property manager, he was awarded the 2015 Profitability Award. He received this award for his ability to maintain the units throughout the year with minimal loss of income.

He moved to the Austin area in December 2018. Originally from Austin, he is happy to be back in his hometown with his friends and family.
Crystal has been working at Trustmark since February 2019. While working at Trustmark, she was able to obtain her Texas real estate agent license. Crystal feels that Trustmark is a family and has laid the stepping stones for her future.
Crystal is the mother of an 18-year-old son who is currently in the Navy. She also has two furry children Mickey (a cat) and Khaleesi (a puppy). In his spare time, he likes to read or watch a good movie.
Samantha has worked in property management since 2008 – all with Trustmark Property Management, except for a brief 15-month stint at a housing office in El Paso. She enjoys the experience of helping people get a rental home.

Samantha is a 2010 graduate of Harker Heights High School and is working toward her real estate license. They have a brave beagle named Remmy. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys crafts and sewing.
Staci joined Trustmark’s property management team in October 2015. Prior to that, she worked as an assistant to one of our brokerage agents, ERA Colonial Real Estate. Staci works as our Maintenance Coordinator and ensures that work orders placed by tenants are handled efficiently and ensures that landlords are notified in a timely manner.
Stasi retired from the U.S. Army as a sergeant first class (E7) after 20 years of service, including two deployments. She has three children and four grandchildren. He is a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Bianca started with the team in September 2017. Bianca filled the role of our Administrative Assistant as she was always expected to do. Her favorite parts of the day are helping prospective renters find apartments and her “work family.”
Bianca is originally from Australia. She has been married since 2002 to her husband, Will, who is retired from the US Navy and currently works for BNSF as an engineer. Bianca and Will have three lively children, ages 13, 10 and 3.

Kerstin recently joined the team in November 2020. Kerstin’s passion has always been and always will be helping people. For the past 10 years, Kerstein has worked in customer service, where he has been passionate about building every aspect of the customer experience. Kerstin enjoys spending a lot of time outdoors, hiking with her children, and growing plants in her garden.
Raquel has been working in property management for five years. Her focus was and continues to be on accounting, where she has strengthened her organizational skills. He enjoys solving problems to satisfy all parties’ problems.
Raquel has been working at Trustmark Property Management since April 2017. He finds Trustmark’s team atmosphere and community commitment satisfying. He has participated in several community events such as Blood Drives, MDA Fun Run and Fish Fry among others.
Rakel served in the army as an administrative specialist. He has been awarded the Army Staff Medal, the Army Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal, just to name a few.
