Would I be able to get rid of my notebook? No, but I’m making progress thanks to Trello. It works really well to keep my work and projects organized.
What Is Trello?
Trello is a free, web-based app that gives you an overview of what’s going on, who’s doing it (if you have a team). Your projects are organized on boards, maps and lists. It is a very visible device that uses drag and drop technology. Trello is a great place to keep all your goals.
You can use it to plan and prioritize projects, tasks, and more. How to do it with wood. You create a dashboard for each project.
The free plan will work for almost everyone, however there is a paid plan for teams. On the free plan, you can have as many members as you want. You also get one or 3 “power-ups”.
Party integration with this program. For larger teams, they also have business plans starting at $9.99 per month.

It’s a really easy way to get started with Trello. The first step is to create a free account. The next step is to make the first board. Think of your board as a sheet of paper where you make your list for a particular project. The items on your list are called cards.
Cards can be moved or dragged and dropped between lists. You can think of these practical notes that can be moved around. For example, if you have an item on your to-do list that you have completed, you can drag this task to the completed list. For us that as a checklist, this is a great thing. The map is also very well searched.
Another thing about Trello cards is that they are highly customizable. It can be used to maintain ideas, lists, and attachments.
If you use teams in your business, you can assign specific tasks to specific team members. You also have the ability to schedule reminders and deadlines. So it’s kind of like having a real assistant working behind you.
Automate Tasks And Delegate With Trello
As I said, Trello is still free to use. However to get the full benefits of power-ups and integrations you may want to consider the paid version which is $9.99 per month. You can now use notifications like Dropbox, Slack, Google Drive, Zapier and email services like Mail Chimp. For a full list of strengths you can find them here.
Trello is a tool that many people can use in their business. Do I still use the daily list on the page? Absolutely. But I try to put everything in Trello and capture my daily tasks.
If you ask me if I’m ever going to give up notebooks, the real answer is probably not. The sad truth is, no one (including me) wants to search through a notebook for information so I aim to have as much paper as possible in my office and in my life.

I’m currently tracking events on different boards for my work and to-dos. Reviewing my articles would help me see what I’m doing and how I’m doing.
