Thiel has been a part of nearly 1,000 property sales in his 15-year career and is well-respected in the industry. He was born and raised in the Richmond area. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2002, he returned to Richmond and began working as a Realtor. Thiel provides exceptional customer service and creates comprehensive and stress-free plans for his clients, resulting in the best results for their real estate goals.
Morris has been in the real estate business since 2006, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and negotiation skills to ensure his clients get the best deal. Also a native of Richmond, he attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where he studied finance. Passionate about her clients’ needs and goals, Morris is committed to helping her clients navigate their most important family purchases.

John brings over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry to the Thiel-Morris Team and has been a part of nearly 1000 properties sold in his career. As an award-recognized producing realtor for over a decade, John provides the knowledge, creativity and negotiation skills that home buyers and sellers deserve when considering moving.

John was born and raised in the Richmond area and graduated from Lee Davis High School. In 1998 he moved to North Carolina to continue his education in Business and Leisure Service Management. He graduated from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington in 2002. Since then he has been back in the Richmond area working as a Realtor.
John is passionate about providing the best customer service as well as creating detailed plans for clients that are stress-free and produce the best possible results for their real estate goals.
Started real estate business in 2006, Kevin Morris brings with him knowledge, experience and aggressive negotiation skills that get his clients the best deal. Beginning his career as Woody Hogg & Associate’s ERA Rookie of the Year, Kevin has successfully helped people buy and sell real estate from scratch. As a Top Production Realtor for more than a decade, Kevin has the skills, techniques and knowledge that his clients deserve.
As a Richmond-area native, Kevin graduated from Lee-Davis High School and attended VCU where he studied finance. After college he started his own business but quickly discovered his passion for real estate and found his home working for his clients, navigating them through the most important family purchase.

Evelyn is our Team Coordinator taking on a huge role in not only closing transactions and listing properties but also builder services, client care and marketing. He is a native of Hanover and a graduate of Lee Davis High School with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Evelyn began her career working for Broker of ERA Woody Hogg & Associates and from there became a Graphic Arts Technician creating a variety of marketing and advertising for over 100 agents. He brings our team experience from various aspects of real estate including sales coordination, marketing. , management, graphic design and relationship builder. As a licensed Realtor he is able to assist our home buyers in the sales process and offer his clients an exceptional level of service. Evelyn’s attention to detail and desire to help our customers drive our success while her positive attitude creates a productive and professional work environment for our clients and colleagues.
Chris joined the Thiel-Morris Team in April 2017. Chris and his team transitioned to his current home at Long and Foster REALTORS in the Grove office. His career in Real Estate followed an exciting career path of 25 years of dedicated customer service in the grocery industry. Chris is the store manager for Ukrop and then Martin where he has the opportunity to work with and support many of our associates and community. Chris also has the privilege of serving as president of a local non-profit organization, the Dreams Come True Foundation, which supports local children with life-changing illnesses.
Chris has lived in the Richmond Metro area most of his life and currently lives in Mechanicsville with his wife and two children. As a graduate of Atlee High School, Chris knows the area and Central VA well. As a VA licensed realtor, she is passionate about doing the right thing for her customers and clients, making the real estate process as stress-free as possible. Chris has had the opportunity to work with many clients in buying and selling over the past few years involving new construction, resale homes, equestrian farms, waterfront properties, REO properties, land sales, investors, military families, first home buyers. and many more.
