Tcg Property Management – Elaine started TCG Management in 2012, overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and acting as Property Manager for retail properties. Elaine is responsible for overseeing capital expenditures and finding creative ways to manage, market and position properties, new businesses, refinancing and acquisitions of new apartment communities. He has 35 years of experience in real estate property management and previously served as Principal and President for Real Estate Equities and Vice President for Real Estate Equities/ Village Green, Director of Property Management for Stuart Management Company, Portfolio Manager with Hegg Property Management and Vice President at The Ackerberg Group. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Portfolio Manager, through the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a Certified Occupancy Manager through the Minnesota Housing Association and is a HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist. He is the recipient of the Arne Carlson Certificate of Commendation from the Minnesota Council for Quality and serves on several boards. Elaine is a member of the Minnesota Housing Association Board for the past two terms and is an instructor for the Minnesota Housing Association’s Certified Resident Manager training program and Certified Technician Manager training program.
Delora oversees the day-to-day operations of residential properties in the Twin Cities Metro and outlying areas. With high standards, applying best practices and having a good work ethic, he oversees and works closely with the team to meet the owner’s mission and goals for each investment. Delora oversees the budgeting process and ensures operating expenses are within the approved budget by keeping the community full, green, clean, and collected. Under the leadership of her team, residents are well looked after and result in low turnover. Delora has been renovating multiple buildings, working with multiple contractors. With over 21 years of property management experience, Delora began her career at Minneapolis Public Housing as a Management Aide, and previously worked at CommonBond Communities, Real Estate Equities and Shelter Corporation as a Property Manager. She is a Certified Occupancy Manager through the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, a HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist and serves on the Minnesota Multi Housing Association Board.

Mary Dempsey, has more than ten years of experience in property management at the corporate level; working on market rate and multi affordable housing. He has assisted in sales and acquisitions as well as management transitions of dozens of assets. Current responsibilities include Human Resources payroll, recruiting and benefits administration; corporate accounting and budget management; coordinating and managing company events, coordinating the preparation of the annual budget, managing logistics to ensure office equipment produces services of a high standard; ensure that company services meet and exceed customer standards; liaise and prepare required reports and subsequent actions; manage operational strategies and standard procedures and policy administration; maximize the output of various contracts and various administrative tasks. She previously worked at Equity Real Estate as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President and CFO.
