Don’t think that the old 1 star reviews are not relevant because they are too old, it is also certain that all the 5 star reviews are fake. On the date we made an appointment to go to the apartment, I packed both of my cars and drove to check-in when we got a call from them less than an hour before making our check-in appointment. It was later cancelled. A day off from work. When I moved in, the apartment was uninhabitable, management took 2 weeks to get someone to come and at least fix it. 1 month later still no electricity in the bathroom and the washing machine is leaking. Management told us that the washing machine leak was not a priority for them, and that we should put our money towards the laundry roof that would not be paid for, until they had time to fix it. There is never enough parking unless you pay extra for parking (LOL). There is absolutely 0 communication about anything important around the complex (example: the pool is closed today). The management team makes excuses for everything imaginable, it’s never their fault. Worst customer service I have ever experienced…

I loved living here until the Connor Group took over. They raised everyone’s rent by at least $300 and added a bunch of extra fees like mandatory cable/wifi for $130 a month. They now charge HOA fees but they never take care of the property. There is trash everywhere and all the garbage is filled with dog waste. They did the “tip” which involved dumping mulch on top of the grass without even putting the liner down, so now all the grass is coming up through the mulch. The plants they added all die because half the sprinklers don’t work. Almost all the exterior lights in my building have been out for months and they never get replaced. They painted and painted the door frames, door handles and flooring. When you actually live here the women in the office are very rude, and none of our requests for protection have ever been met. I’m counting the months until my lease is up.

There is black mold in the apartment due to a leak from another apartment above. Management will not be correct. Leaving water in the apartment for days. Now the mold has grown. They refuse to fix it. Do not rent here. They would rather see people get sick. They bet you not to sue them. They will lose this bet. The administration is not willing to solve the problems. They just keep on delaying until you stop calling. Your health and your children’s health from improper management of black mold.

I absolutely love it here. Love the environment too. The professionalism of the staff, and the communication when dealing with residents is outstanding. Jennifer and Suzanne are very talented and treat you with respect, taking your concerns seriously.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in a place that is kept clean, the people are friendly, and the maintenance does a great job. The only negative thing I can say is that you really have to go in person to get the help you want, over the phone you don’t get any help.

I am very pleased with my experience at Mizzou and have already recommended it to a friend who is moving down from NYC.

Visitor parking is not good. Having monthly hours for visitor parking is a terrible idea. There is not enough parking for visitors.

I generally don’t recommend things based on just one interaction. Maintenance did their job and it was good, I was not disappointed. 🙂

This is some smoke and mirrors. The gym and pool sold points for rentals. The gym was horrible and has now been renovated and closed for a month. The pool hasn’t been there since I moved in. The 2nd and 3rd floor walkways and steps of any building are not preserved. The first floors and are maintained by the landscaping team but the second and third are not passable, cobwebs, spiders and bugs and debris in the walkways. Garbage service can be sloppy and not picked up like they should.

There’s a high turnover so obviously a lot of newbies don’t like it, but it’s cheap so that’s good. Everyone I know who lives here has been kicked out except me.

Don’t live here unless you are ready to buy a garage/safe space for extra each month. If I could give it negative stars, I would. They will escort residents out of the complex, with a parking decal in full view. The parking situation is bad and they don’t want to find a solution except to say they are not dealing directly with the towing company. I get home from work close to midnight and sometimes have to drive around the property for 10 minutes because there is no open resident parking space. In some of these cases I’ve parked in visitor spots I’ve received “alerts”. Two nights ago I did this and went out the next morning to find that my car had been stolen. The office staff had no solution and instead told me to pay extra for a special place or garage. It is ridiculous that you can pay to live here, a ridiculous amount because these “luxuries” are not that good, and parking will not be guaranteed to you.
