T&t Property Management – Lynn has worked in property management in both New Zealand and the UK for the past 20 years. With a strong background in administration and organizational skills and a passion for the property industry. We care for your properties and tenants as if each property were our own. Ensuring that maintenance is a priority and building good relationships for long-term leases.

After returning from a 15 year career in Residential Property Management in the UK, Lynn has spent the last six years as a Senior Property Manager in the Waikato and Auckland regions and completed her NZ Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management .

Lucy joined us in 2021 and is in administration, doing some of our inspections and reviews and backing up as needed.

Lucy has lived in Waikato for over 10 years and loves being part of the busy community that makes up Hamilton.

Lucy has a degree in Human Geography and has a keen interest in people and places. Her career thus far has been in administration, working in a variety of office and customer service roles. Lucy has a passion for property, attention to detail and seeing people happily interact with the places they are in.
