Wedding couples will find two resorts within walking distance to accommodate their guests and/or wedding party. Numerous other popular restaurants are just a short golf cart ride away. Our caretaker, Adam, is a licensed tour guide and is available for private fishing tours, snorkeling trips, and beach barbecues. For those who need to stay connected, the house has 20Mb fiber internet with Wi-Fi. Perfect for both the adventure crowd and the coffee shop and a book fan club; once you check in you will never want to leave. We just added a 55″ flat screen so you can enjoy the game or Netflix.

Anil Mar is located just 7 miles north of San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye. Facing the newly created Mexico Rocks Marine Reserve and the Belize Barrier Reef, this 3,200 square foot oceanfront home offers 2 bedrooms and 3 baths on the upper level and separate lower level has one bedroom, one bath, a den living room and is accessed by its own entrance. Surrounded by white sand and offering a private pool and 250-foot dock with a palapa, you can choose places to read a book, swim, watch a sunset or sunrise, or create a moment to take home. The air around you is filled with the sound of the Caribbean Sea rolling over the barrier reef, the breeze of the trade winds, and birds, including parrots, in the nearby bushes. The wraparound patio offers plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink or you can lounge in the spacious area surrounding the large pool. The villa is fully air conditioned and has an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen that can accommodate up to 6 people. An inflatable mattress is available for children or non-couples.
