In 2013, SuCasa Properties started as a small company originally known as Sugarcane Estates with approximately 3 employees. The founder, Michael Kwabena Owusu O’Granston Agyapong, said the purpose of setting up the company was to “help people avoid disputes and fraudsters in the real estate industry”. Since then the company has established a proud reputation and tradition for providing the highest quality housing and service. Over the years, the young company has come of age and completed high-profile projects in the exclusive suburbs of Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi.

The unveiling was marked in an elegant ceremony at the De-Icons Event Center in East Legon on June 22.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Managing Director of SuCasa Properties, Abdul Rahman Shebab noted that the company exists for the very purpose of addressing the housing infrastructure deficit in Ghana through its many strategic intervention projects, providing affordable housing to Ghana is essential.

The minister further called on private housing developers to “form strategic partnerships and collaborations with the Government to build affordable housing units, particularly with low to middle income earners in mind in their schemes”.
