My experience with Streetwise was very unpleasant. They increased my rent by 185 dollars. I decided to leave and gave the property manager the holiday notice a month before leaving. I gave the flat back even 5 days before the end of the month. I was surprised that they took the rent from my bank account for the month after I left by mistake and when I informed them of this mistake their response was very slow let alone heard a single apology from them for the mistake this. Also for my security deposit they were very careless and slow to respond to my calls and texts and ended up deducting more than half of my security deposit for things I shouldn’t be charged for.
