I lived with them for a while, didn’t deal well with the bug infestation and the employees were clumsy and apathetic. I also think they like to get money out of you. My experience with Streetwise was very unpleasant. They increased my rent by $185. I decided to leave and gave the property manager the leave notice a month before I left. I even returned the apartment 5 days before the end of the month. I was surprised that they took my rent from my bank account for the month after I left by mistake and when I reported this mistake to them their response was very slow never mind not hearing a single apology from them for this mistake. Also for my security deposit, they were very careless and slow to respond to my calls and texts and eventually deducted more than half of my security deposit for things they shouldn’t charge me for.
