Doug and family moved to Steamboat Springs from the Washington DC area in 2003, and haven’t looked back since. An avid user of most of the outdoor opportunities the Yampa Valley has to offer, Doug is especially fond of downhill and back country skiing, mountain biking and fly fishing.
When Cathy’s not hanging out with a friend, you can find her family camping at Pearl Lake, taking a yoga class at Old Town Hot Springs, or sitting by the river soaking in the sun for happy hour. Of course, skiing is what brought her and her family to the city 17 years ago and she has never regretted the move from the DC area. Cathy is in charge of reservations, guest management, accounting and communications with owners. Owning a family business, talking to guests and sharing local knowledge with vacationers is what Cathy loves to do and the reward is a happy guest experience in Steamboat.
