The ranch’s operating units consist of 119 pastures that vary from a few hundred acres to nearly 16,000 acres of grassland and cultivation, and include 18 solar wells, 29 windmills, 66 tubs, and 10 submersibles. There is a full-time person dedicated to soil maintenance as well as farm management equipment. Typically the workforce ranges from 50 to 100, as seasonal requirements fluctuate. Of these, about 20 are full-time cowboys in the traditional sense of the word. Often, employees are the second or third generation in their families to work at The Sixes, where they are considered more than team members; They are family.

My family is currently building a new home and we chose Sixes Ridge as our home away from home during the build process. We chose Six because of the proximity to the job site, the quick commute to our jobs and schools, the price point, and the size of the apartment. We are satisfied with all these features, but what we are most pleased with is the service we have received so far at Sixes. Everyone on staff has been friendly, helpful and prompt. We are confident that our stay here, however short, will be comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!
If you like noise, this is the place to stay!! If you want to sleep, and you live in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment here, don’t make your master bedroom one that shares a wall with a staircase or breezeway!! Also, if you don’t live upstairs, many neighbors don’t care how hard you hang out. Often, it feels like someone is bowling over you, chasing each other around, or constantly dropping things!! People walk through breezeways to get to their cars, to the pool, to the workout room, or to get their mail/packages, they don’t care how loud they talk, and they don’t care what time of day it is; If they are awake, you are awake!! Also, many pet owners do not pick up after their pets. Finally, the main entrance remains more than functionally broken. If you’ve lived in Georgia long enough, you know that a thunderstorm can roll in at any time in the afternoon/evening and once it does, the front door comes crashing down. If security doesn’t matter to you, it won’t bother you. It’s too bad, because it was a great apartment community when we first got here, but it’s going downhill. Oh, before I forget, when it’s time to renew your lease, you can count on your rent going up, and not just by $50 or $100.00; Much more than that!
Sixes Ridge is a great apartment complex, everything from the amenities to the rooms are top notch, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to relocate.

Just wanted to say I appreciate everything from the office! Usman is very nice and always helpful. He is very friendly and always helps me find my packages. Always a great experience with Osman!
Good- Common areas are nice, clean gym, nice grill and pool, good location, good floorplan. Bad- serious parking problem (courtesy can’t make spaces); Reckless pet owners who refuse to pick up after their animals; An unsecured mail room with an inefficient package system so anything ordered online is free game for anyone who wants it; Management is lenient but few property rules are enforced like- tarps/flags/banners hanging on balconies, parking in handicapped spots/corners and in front of stop signs; Get a Pit Bull/ German Shepherd/ Doberman and call it emotional support and you’re golden; The construction is so sketchy that you can hear every step of the people above you, every conversation, bathroom habits, bowling practice, weightlifting competition, etc. etc. Seriously, ask to enter a vacant lot if you consider this. above or below it. Then have someone walk around while you stay down. Be prepared to see a fixer shake.
Whenever I have emailed head office to ask a question or voice a concern, I have received no message back. I had over $100 in packages stolen because they didn’t inform us that the Luxor One safety boxes were out by lightning and they kept our packages in the main office. They have not compensated me or apologized. Not enough parking. By 8pm every night, residents have carved out their own parking spaces as all others are full. The tint around the window panes is constantly coming off and I have a 10 month old who can eat. You can tell they were in a hurry when building our apartment.
