Greg has over 30 years of experience in the construction, land development, and landscape industries and worked as a partner in the creation and development of Oak Haven Resort, Sevier County’s signature vacation destination. Working with dozens of property owners, builders, independent contractors, and vendors, Greg is a member of the partnership and oversees all 158 communities from inception to selling development interests to his two partners. Since then Greg has worked with many homeowners associations assisting them in many aspects of property maintenance including gutter maintenance, common area improvements, and driveway maintenance. Greg is a highly respected member of the Sevierville community and is a deacon at First Baptist Church of Sevierville.

Jeff Schoenfield has lived in East Tennessee since his parents moved to Chattanooga in 1963. Graduating from Brainerd High School in 1976, Jeff went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business administration with high honors from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in just three years. At the same time working almost full time. After receiving his degree, Jeff worked for 8 years in the computer industry and another 8 years in the financial services industry before settling into real estate in 1995 where he has worked ever since. Starting out in Sevier County in 1995 with no contacts and no real estate experience but a gut feeling that led to being there, Jeff quickly designed a website that would prove to be very beneficial to his real estate marketing efforts. Our best Airbnb experience so far. Justin was very attentive, but we didn’t need much help as the place was in perfect shape. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Ours (cooking utensils, soap, towels, wifi, etc.). The location is perfect. It is very private and you can reach all major tourist attractions/routes within about 30 minutes.
Great location with everything. Ideal for when you need a getaway. Even when inside, the cabin has all you need. Thank you Justin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin. Recommended to everyone who wants to visit the mountains.
We drank a glass of wine (or two) and listened to nature on the deck. Very fun. After walking the Gatlinburg trail (the only dog friendly trail around because of the bears) we took a nice hot shower. The TV has tons of roku channels and the place is clean and charming. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and had a wonderful time. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin. It was very clean, very spacious, and just like the pictures. The location was great, the kitchen and bathroom were well kept, and we loved the hot tub and pool table. Would absolutely stay again.

The cabin is fantastic! The decoration and layout is very good. The pictures online are accurate and it’s even better when you see it. Excellent communication with the property manager, very clean and well stocked. We also saw Dolly the bear both days while there are beautiful things!
