MacGeraghty and her husband moved from Denver to Sequim in 2015 and still own a property management company there.

While he started his Washington business from the comfort of his new home in Sequim, his Blue Sage Property Management office is located on US Highway 101 west of Carlsborg, halfway between Sequim and Port Angeles.
His company is affiliated with the National Association of Residential Property Managers and has earned the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) designation.
