After studying civil engineering, Tal served as an officer in the Israeli army from 1996 to 2002, after which he began studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Israel. Brenda Cristiano is General Manager at Sela Realty Investments; Brenda oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s Northeast assets and property management team. He works with company directors to define vision, develop best practices and procedures, and build a support team. In addition, Brenda assists in sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities for multifamily properties in the New Jersey and Central Florida area.

Prior to joining SELA, Brenda founded LatAm Opportunity Partners LLC, a real estate company focused on residential development in her native Peru. Brenda also has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Brenda worked at Morgan Stanley in Global Wealth Management, where she specialized in high net worth international clients. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he held various positions at Citigroup Global Markets. It was part of Citibank’s private banking business, dealing with ultra-high-net-worth clients in Latin America.
