Tal Steinberg is the managing partner of SELA Realty LLC. Tal has 14 years of multinational and real estate management experience and has completed over $250 million in US real estate transactions.
After studying civil engineering, Tal served as an officer in the Israeli army from 1996 to 2002, after which he began studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Israel. During her undergraduate studies, she completed her studies to obtain her real estate appraiser license and was introduced to the world of real estate investing.
In 2007, Tal started SELA Properties with his business partner and family member and has been the company’s manager ever since.
In 2010, Tal founded SELA Realty, an in-house management company for all acquisitions. Tal is also a realtor and licensed real estate broker in New Jersey.

Brenda Cristiano is General Manager at Sela Realty Investments; Brenda oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s Northeast assets and property management team. He works with company directors to define vision, develop best practices and procedures, and build a support team. In addition, Brenda assists in sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities for multifamily properties in the New Jersey and Central Florida area.
Prior to joining SELA, Brenda founded LatAm Opportunity Partners LLC, a real estate company focused on residential development in her native Peru. Brenda also has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Brenda worked at Morgan Stanley in Global Wealth Management, where she specialized in high net worth international clients. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he held various positions at Citigroup Global Markets. It was part of Citibank’s private banking business, dealing with ultra-high-net-worth clients in Latin America. Prior to Private Banking, Brenda was a Vice President and Relationship Manager on various trading desks. He holds FINRA/NASD Series 7 and 63 and NFA Series 3.
Brenda graduated from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Joyceline is a NJ licensed REALTOR® and Regional Property Manager for SELA. Joycelyn began her real estate career in 2009 with SELA Properties and primarily covers a portion of the West/North East region. With 18 years of senior management experience, a college degree in Business Administration, he applies strong business acumen to team leadership talents.

Jana Silva is a regional property manager at Sela Realty, who works with active adults 55 and over to manage all aspects of their home property.
Jana believes in putting its residents first. He is a Regional Property Manager with 14 years of experience specializing in senior living communities. Jhana currently supports and manages properties in western New Jersey. Her responsibilities include lease renewals, lease packages, lease renewals and other preparations required for the success of the 100+ apartments and our residents.

Roderick Erickson is an experienced property manager who specializes in new construction or redevelopment market rate rentals and sales. Joining the SELA Realty team in 2019 marks Roderick’s 15 years of experience in property management, marketing, sales and leasing. Do not take. in Political Science and History from Monmouth University in 2005 and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 2012. He has been licensed as a New Jersey Realtor since 2006.

Roderick’s guiding philosophy is to combine first-class hospitality with the warmth of home for all residents. His experience includes working on 10 properties, and 3 properties from construction to redevelopment, all with successful results for residents and property owners. He achieved great success in the implementation of large, value-added, capital projects; and working with local municipalities to navigate the sometimes choppy waters of property management.
Roderick now manages the 168 Garden Style Apartments Brook Bridge in Newton, New Jersey and strives every day to increase the satisfaction of all SELA Realty property residents.
Cecilia Catapano is the property manager for Waterfront Villas and focuses on building a vibrant community for the 55+ crowd. It does this by ensuring the property is safe, clean, full of activities and inviting to both residents and their guests. .
Prior to Waterside, Ms. Catapano led many successful careers in real estate, sales and insurance. Most notably, he has been named a Top Salesman five times in a row and has previously held the title of Regional Sales Manager for the New York, Long Island and NJ regions.
