Back O’Beyond Ranch: This exclusive Sedona community, has CC&Rs that require rentals to be for a period of at least 6 months and must be approved by the board of directors or hoa management company. If you are looking for a community that does not allow vacation rentals, this gated community in Sedona may be for you. Back O’ Beyond Ranch has well-appointed natural landscaping, majestic mountain views, all with good sized grounds. Many of the houses in this community are of considerable size. The Back O’ Beyond Ranch in Sedona sits at the base of Cathedral Rock, with most hospitality sites offering epic views of Cathedral Rock. At press time, only two homes are actively on the market at Back O’ Beyond Ranch, listing prices are $1.675 and $1.895 million for those 6,371 and 3,898 SF homes.
Indian Cliffs: Across State Route 179 from Back O’ Beyond, this is a great location for more Sedona real estate, the Indian Cliffs community. Along with the Back O’ Beyond, Indian Cliffs offers great views. Lots start at less than 0.25 acres. This community does not have an HOA – it should be on the list of any Sedona area homebuyer who wants to use their home as a vacation rental investment, homeowners in this area have claimed over $60,000 per year in short-term rental income. Indian Cliffs homes offer views of Elpahnt Rock, Twin Buttes and Cathedral Rock, of course each Sedona property has a different view.
