We own and manage our properties all located in Scottsdale, so you will be working with decision makers and not a third party management company. 6 of the 10 properties are within walking distance of our home and the other 4 are a 10 minute drive from us. Nearby are Scottsdale Quarter Mall, Kierland Commons Mall, Barrett-Jackson Collector’s Car Auction, West World, Phoenix Open, Tournament Players Club and Talking Stick Casino. Just 15 minutes from the estate is Scottsdale’s historic downtown and world-class shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
