GRG will carefully screen applicants for ability to pay rent. GRG checks employment, credit, criminal background and rental history. Every applicant and resident 18 years of age and older must complete a Texas Association of Realtors Residential Tenancy Application.

As a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, GRG uses their leasing forms and supplements. These forms and attachments provide you with maximum protection in the event of a dispute.

Tenants are required to inspect the property and complete a residential rental inventory and condition form. When the property moves in, it is checked and the two forms are compared. These checks are subject to proper deductions above normal wear and tear, deducted from their deposit.

Tenants are required to pay a security deposit on or before the lease is executed. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the amount of rent and the type of property. At properties where pets are allowed (Note: whether or not pets are allowed and what pets are allowed is at the individual owner’s discretion) An additional pet deposit applies and a non-refundable non-one-time fee may be required.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late on the 3rd of the month. Our rent collection procedures are fair but firm. If relocation is necessary, GRG handles all aspects of the eviction process.
