Roy Briley Property Management – We are one of Alaska’s largest, most experienced, and most diverse rental and property management companies. We serve the entire municipality of Anchorage and the Matanuska Valley. No apartment or association is too small or too big. We manage single family homes, small apartments and large apartment buildings. We also manage large condominium projects, home owner associations, and commercial building management and leasing.

Roy Briley Owner, Property Manager CEO Roy is a proud member of the ethical group “Real Estate Professionals of Alaska.” Roy is licensed to sell real estate and is licensed in all four insurance categories; Property, casualties, life and health. Roy holds series 6 & 63 securities licenses, which are nationally recognized licenses that authorize the sale and purchase of certain investment products. Roy’s Personal History: Roy is the proud father of eight children and nine grandchildren, all born and raised in Alaska. The adult children live in Alaska, Colorado and Arizona. Roy completed his first two real estate investments when he purchased two single-family homes in the Spokane Valley shortly after graduating high school in 1973. Two years later, at the age of 19, he moved to Alaska and began to invest in Alaska Real Estate by owner occupying duplexes and quadruplexes. Today, Roy still owns rental properties and enjoys helping others build their investment portfolios. Roy is still very active in all his business activities and continues to help buyers and sellers find the right property for their needs. Roy sells condos, townhouses, duplexes, apartment buildings, warehouses, commercial buildings and leases. Roy’s work history began as a night supervisor at Sunrise Bakery (now known as Wonder Hostess Bakery) in 1975 at the age of 19. Roy worked his way through the bakery ranks for 11 years until he became the general manager of all statewide operations in 1986 at age 30 Roy held the position of General Manager for 10 years until 1996. Roy then left Wonder/Hostess and started his own large wholesale production bakery, Alaska Pride Bakery. Alaska Pride Bakery was in operation from 1996 to 2000 before being sold to Wonder Bread in February of 2000. In 2000, at the age of 44, Roy began his real estate career and has loved every minute of the experience. He never expects to fully retire and remain an Alaskan forever. (with lots of vacations to warmer locations in the winter!)

Christopher Myers was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, where he graduated from Dimond High and studied Marketing and Management at U.A.A. Chris has worked in marketing and management for almost 20 years, during which he sharpened his skills and contributed to the success of numerous local businesses. During this time he continuously worked to improve his understanding of local markets and conditions. Chris joined Roy Briley Property Management in 2016, first starting as a showing and marketing agent before being promoted to manager of the department. He enjoys working with both owners and tenants to help meet their needs. and spending time with his amazing family.

Located in the Wasilla office, I assist with marketing, coordinate showings and am also available for tours of our properties in the valley area.

JonSchmidt has been a lifelong Alaskan resident. He graduated from Bartlett High School and then moved to Phoenix, AZ for college. There he earned his degree in Automotive Technology. He moved back to Anchorage and worked in the auto service industry for a large dealership for 13 years. Jonnow uses his exceptional customer service skills as the Maintenance Manager for Roy Briley Property Services. Jon coordinates with property owners and tenants as he dispatches his maintenance crews .

Darynis an experienced Real Estate professional who thrives on helping people get where they want to be. you can make informed decisions. He also understands what tenants and landowners want and need to meet their respective goals. In his downtime, Daryncan be found out on the trails exploring the adventures Alaska has to offer. Darynis has always been committed to making Anchorage a safer, more pleasant city that people value.
