Contracted roofing company to renovate the roof. The owner was sitting on the grass with his little child. . . Not authorized. He took photos of my entire property, house, and vehicle and handed them out to his employees for posting on multiple profiles on Facebook. 12-24 months grace, no interest, he advertised with a photo of my property and said we helped this customer, we will help you too. Those weren’t my terms, and yet, he never told me he was going to advertise his business using my property in his ad. I never allowed this. I entered a text on this posting stating that it was false advertising, that her child was there, and that I never wanted my property on Facebook. I got a call from one of his employees saying he can do whatever his boss wants. I told him it was my property and they were wrong. I said I wanted the photos to come. They removed some, but many more and videos remained. The violation of my private life and the lies of the terms of the contract are utter nonsense. One of the third videos he made shows my neighbors’ cars and houses, his kid here on the property. In the videos, while chatting live with his employees, he says that if anyone says anything, the customer wants it. All the lies were recorded by himself. I just wanted my roof to be finished. I didn’t deserve this whole month to turn into this.
