Roadrunner Property Management – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announced the sale of the 356-unit Roadrunner apartment building at McDowell in Scottsdale, Arizona. The property sold for $193.5 million, which equates to $543,539 per unit. The unit price is the highest in Arizona history for an institutional-sized apartment building. The deal is also the largest single-asset apartment building sale and the second largest single-asset apartment building sale in Arizona history.
