Northland has hired a major office tenant to anchor what is now known as 1945 Congress Street in the Gateway Office Park. The office park also includes a medical office building and a new clubhouse for Lodge #188 of the United States of Elks.

Our experience and knowledge of apartment rentals is invaluable if you want to leave your holiday home for a week. Every last detail is thought out by Mother Mountain in collaboration with our owners, down to the placement of the last teaspoon!
As a result of designing and building our own luxury apartment in Morzine, Apartment Central, we have acquired a wealth of knowledge and skills in apartment design, renovation and renovation. Our experience in both property development and project management in the UK and France is transferred to our clients who own holiday homes here in Morzine, which later became part of the More Mountain chain of properties.

Northern Utah Property Management
We start by letting your property with practical interior design information and advice. We effectively become your “eyes and ears” at the resort and will help you set up your holiday home and liaise with our furniture and home interior suppliers in your absence. We will also work with developers of new building projects to ensure that any changes you want are implemented effectively. We can guide builders, tradespeople and artists to renovate your property and provide a ‘project management’ service. We can also arrange utilities, TV and internet. In theory, all you need to do is turn up and everything can be ready for you when you get to the last plumbing of the pillow!
Most importantly, we always work with you, the owner, as a team. We understand that this is your vacation home and we take great care in making sure that it is well managed and maintained as if it were our own property.
Because of the effort we put into creating your ideal vacation home and rental investment, we only buy property projects that become part of our rental portfolio and we are very selective about who we partner with. work and what will work with our existing portfolio.
