Below you will find the guidelines and criteria required when submitting a rental application. It is important that you read the following information before applying to understand what is required to rent a property. After 45 days, you will be asked to submit a new Lease application. All Applicants must view the interior of the property prior to application consideration. The property must be accepted in an “AS IS” condition before the application is approved, unless there is written consent for alterations or repairs. Any such change or repair request must be made in writing and must be included in your application with “Other information – any other information we need to know?” should be included in the section. If your maintenance and repair request is acceptable to APMS, it will be confirmed in writing. Oral representations are not binding. In the event that the Manager receives two or more unrelated applications for the same property, the Applicant understands that the Landlord may select an Applicant requesting the property in an “AS IS” condition over another Applicant requiring maintenance or repairs (this not applicable unless required.accessibility related to locations).

A: Most applications are processed within 2-3 business days. However, it may take longer. You can help speed up the process by letting your current employer, current and past Landlords know we will be contacting them. No vacant rental property will be held for longer than 14 days unless approved by the landlord.
