Rickert Property Management – We have two main aspects of our business. One is helping our clients through the process of buying and selling residential and commercial real estate. Having grown up in the real estate business and working for my father’s company, Rickert Properties, Inc., the seeds were planted for this great industry. In 2014, Karla and I decided to start our own journey and founded Rickert Property Group. We are passionate about helping our clients in all aspects of real estate. From acquisitions, investments, negotiations and even throwing client celebrations, we love this job!!!!

After serving in the United States Navy, Mark pursued an A.S. graduated in digital circuit design. After spending several years in the high tech world of Silicon Valley, Mark made the move to join his father’s highly successful real estate development company where he held key positions in sales and marketing and new home sales. Given the fact that Mark grew up in a real estate family, loved investing and closing deals, plus serving clients, he started his next venture, Rickert Property Group, LLC, where he is currently the CEO. He is also a licensed real estate broker in New Mexico and affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Albuquerque, New Mexico, and currently works as a developer, listing and investment agent, focusing on commercial multifamily and mobile home parks. His team of professionals is poised to successfully increase the net operating income (NOI) and internal rates of return (IRR) of the multifamily properties partnered and managed with the firm.
Karla earned a degree in exercise science and after working at well-known hospital systems such as Stanford, Daughters of Charity, Karla decided she wanted to join her husband Mark in their real estate company. Karla is the team leader and provides transaction coordination support to everyone as well as critical investment planning. Karla is also licensed
Siobhan earned her B.S. in nutrition and after many years working in retail she decided to join Rickert Property Group. Her analytical skills and outstanding client service give her an edge as a real estate professional. Siobhan is also a key member of the team providing logistical support for properties under our listing and investment umbrella.
Robert joined the team in 2018 and has been on an upward trajectory ever since. Critical to help identify value-added investments that we bring to our clients through one of our brokers. Robert was an asset to our team
