We are very pleased with the maintenance team and front office staff. They always provide friendly service and respond to our needs in a timely manner. We see some complaints about dirty entrances and pets on the lawn, but Avala employees don’t respond to lazy people who don’t clean up after themselves or sometimes spend 30 seconds sweeping in front of the apartment door. Yes, it can be messy at times, but Avala is my home and I contribute to keeping it clean and tidy.

We’ve only been in our apartment for 6 days and it’s impossible to be busy unpacking and exploring. We are fortunate to have a dog-friendly location and most people look after their pets with respect. There are always a few bad eggs who don’t show respect to their neighbors and leave their dog’s DNA samples in the grass. The staff did a great job of finding garage storage in the same building as our apartment, which we really appreciated. The rooms in our apartment are spacious and the appliances work perfectly. We are very happy overall and hope to enjoy our new home throughout the year.
I have been here for 3 months, I am very disappointed with the dirtiness. The corridors here are very dirty, the outside is littered. The absolute worst thing is the amount of dog poop that cannot be removed. Complain to management 2 times and it gets cleaned up for a day or two and then it’s back to the trash can with poop everywhere. The devices here are also unnecessary. The place has not been updated since it was built with tiles and carpets. The management here doesn’t seem to think that this is our home and most people prefer not to be dirty wherever you are. I wouldn’t have moved knowing that the management didn’t care.
I have lived here for almost three years and I love it. The property always looks great and the amenities are great. I live in a three bedroom apartment and my family says they think it’s a house when they come downstairs. Truly and apartment HOME, love this place
Be careful moving here. They will try to raise your rent. If they tell you they want to make a deal to get it in writing. They lie and don’t do it after it happens. The maintenance staff is horrible and you can be left hanging. Not just a place to live

I wish there was an option of 0. This is the worst apartment we have ever stayed in. Mold and rash issues from when we moved in until (now) we’re moving out. We’ve lost a lot of things from mold and there’s nothing they can replace. Our child developed a rash and breathing problems in this apartment. The worst feeling is the constant worry that your baby is going to get a dead bug or something moldy and put it in their mouth (all babies eat whatever they pick up). Lauren is a horrible manager who tells you what you want to hear and tries to “woo” you with a smile and small talk when you come in with a problem and she doesn’t want to deal with you. I would not recommend anyone to stay here! Even if they charge $100 to hire!
They are great and spacious. The office staff is always helpful in any matter. If you call or order work, they will come to repair immediately. The pool is open all year round. They also often have community gatherings where they provide free food. The pet policy is fine, but lately most people don’t follow the rules.
Stunning three bedroom Avala in Savannah Quarters. Lots of storage, large bedrooms and bathrooms. They have big kitchens. The entire apartment feels new and well maintained. You can tell the management cares as the property and landscaping remain beautiful! This place is best if you are new to the area. off of I16, making it easily accessible to any part of Savannah. We love it here!
Avala is a very relaxing environment for anyone. It has a sense of tranquility and great neighbors in the community. A clubhouse, gym and other amenities make living here easy. Shopping and great restaurants are within easy reach, and the heart of Savannah is just a stone’s throw away. I would recommend our community to anyone. Come and see for yourself. All these conveniences cost a lot of money. There is no reason to buy your own home without all the restrictions of apartment living for the amount you pay in rent. Rents have gone up so much that people are moving every day. You will always see a moving truck at home.
