Terrible place to live. Terrible management. Rude staff. It will take months to get someone to fix it. Property can’t keep up. Do yourself a favor and find a place to live.

Warn! ! ! Don’t move here. Property management doesn’t care about tenants, they will screw you up anytime. My only positive experience here is that my lease is only six months so I can leave early. Rents are high (and keep rising). The property manager is very rude and unprofessional. Facilities are always broken or not maintained. Both pools are closed for most of the summer, including the main holiday in July. Gym equipment is always broken. The garbage situation is out of control and keeps overflowing. The dishwasher was broken and took over a month to fix. Dog stations are rarely full of bags, so shit is everywhere. Gardeners don’t prune sidewalk trees, so you’ll have to duck and get around them. They don’t pick up debris when they prune them. Maintenance is performed without notice. They should have text and email alerts that don’t work. We have taken water off for maintenance without any warning. The process of moving in can be complicated and frustrating. Check-in dates changed multiple times. Moving out of the office cost us 60 days of not paying attention and treating us like a problem. After finding our copy and bringing it to them, they conveniently found their copy. Although my dog ​​was in the crate while I was away and never had an accident in the house, they took half of our security deposit due to “pet urine on the carpet and no vacuum”. I also vacuumed and kept the place cleaner than when I moved in. Others warned me about how bad this place is and I really should have listened to it. I’ve lived in several other apartments in Hattiesburg and this is the absolute worst. Save your money and your sanity and don’t move here. Location, location, location! This home is in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the University of Southern Mississippi. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office/utility room and carport. The owners provide washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove and repair services. Tenants pay for electricity, water, sewer and trash. $875 deposit.
