Sarah has worked in the real estate industry since 2006, with expertise in commercial, retail, development and multi-family housing property accounting. Sarah oversees financial statements, payroll, audit preparation and accounts payable for RPM’s growing portfolio of assets.
Nora Padilla serves as Director of Compliance, has over 14 years of compliance experience and specializes in regulatory compliance of LIHTC, BOND, HOME & PBV. She oversees a team spanning our entire portfolio, ensuring exceptional compliance practices from our properties on the West Coast.
Jill Eaves has worked in the property management industry since 2012 with experience managing Class A, B and C properties including market rate, LIHTC and HUD properties. Jill oversees properties in several states primarily from the Pacific Northwest region.
Jacqueline Pons serves as Director of Operations for Reliant Property Management. Jacqueline has worked in the property management industry since 2007. In her role she oversees the regional management team.

Rachel Wedgwood is from Southern California and has over 20 years of experience in residential property management. Rachel has a diverse background in multifamily management, mobile home management, non-profit, low-income housing, bond/section-8 and traditional housing, with strong knowledge of multiple sub-markets throughout Northern, Central and Southern California. Rachel holds a California Salesperson license and is a CPM® and ARM® through IREM.
Joel Cabling works as a property accountant for Reliant Property Management. Prior to working at Reliant Property Management, Joel was a staff accountant intern performing audits and tax services in real estate and community housing for a CPA firm. Joel assists with financial reporting, payroll, audit preparation, accounts payable and utility management for RPM’s growing portfolio of assets.
Megan works as a Human Resources Generalist for Reliant Property Management. She handles employee relations, performance management and payroll management for the company. She leads all company recruiting efforts, as well as serves as a liaison with our professional employment organization to optimize employer compliance and payroll operations. Megan comes to Reliant Property Management with her Masters of Arts from Saint Mary’s College of California.
