According to REAL Trend’s fourth annual America’s Best Real Estate Agents report, Westfall’s 2015 total was the eighth highest in Florida and 65th best among more than 12,000 ranked agents in the United States.
Westfall is also the owner/broker of Rent Me Homes, a rental property management company in Ormond Beach. She plans to open an office in West Volusia before the end of the year.
The ranking comes on top of Westfall being awarded the Distinguished Realtor Designation from the Expert Network, a New York-based group of medical, legal, financial and other business professionals. Invitations to join are sent to those who have made meaningful contributions to their field and are leaders, according to the network’s website.
Westfall was also selected as the 2014 Realtor of the Year by members of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors.

I do not know. I don’t keep track. I know I was 13th at state in 2013 because I have the framed plaque. But volume-wise, I did better in 2010 with $28 million in sales compared to more than $26 million last year.
I honestly go to work every day and do what I have to do. I’m at my desk at 8:30 in the morning and still answering calls and emails until nine at night. I’m like that gerbil on the steering wheel, just going and going. I treat everyone as I would want to be treated if I were buying a house. I also have a great team of property managers and an administrative assistant at Rent Me Homes which gives me time to focus on the sales side.
I was born and raised in Westchester County north of New York City. I graduated from Pace University with a degree in Health and Human Services. I moved to Volusia County in 1989 right out of college to investigate child abuse at the Department of Children and Families.
I left DCF in 1992 and stayed home with my three daughters until 1995 when they entered Kindergarten. I then worked for a couple of years in my ex-husband’s window treatment company. We started buying a few houses with the rental income to put something away for retirement. I received my sales license in 1998 and worked for a small business before joining Adams, Cameron in 2004.
