Qre Property Management – The management team at QRE Property Consultants has bought a stake in QRE owned by Stephen McCarthy, CEO of online auction house BidX1.
QRE managing partner Conor Whelan and commercial partner Eunan O’Carroll have also appointed Paul McElerney and Brian Garry to their senior management team and as new equity partners of the firm.

Mr. McElerney has over 38 years’ experience as a property professional in Ireland and has held the positions of Property Valuation Group Leader at IBRC’s Nama Division and Property Manager in the Asset Management Group at Bank of Ireland. He is a member of the SCSI President’s Board.

Mr. Harry has over 11 years of experience in the commercial property industry and has developed his expertise in the Irish investment market. He worked with Savills and Allsop in Dublin before joining QRE and being appointed Head of Investments at the company in 2019.
Mr Whelan said: “Both Paul and Brian have been instrumental in the development of our company over the past five years.”

Following the completion of a management buyout last week, QRE Real Estate Advisers has announced the appointment of two new partners to its senior management team.
Paul McEliarney and Brian Garry will join managing partner Conor Whelan and commercial partner Eunan O’Carroll in a new four-strong team as QRE looks to expand its business in Ireland.
Mr. McElerney has 38 years of experience as a property professional in Ireland, having held the positions of Head of Property Valuation Group at IBRC’s Nama Division and Property Manager in the Asset Management Group at Bank of Ireland. He is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (FSCSI) and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He holds a Diploma in Arbitration Law (UCD) and is an elected Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and a member of the President’s Panel at SCSI.
Mr Harry has 11 years of experience in the commercial property industry and is widely recognized as an expert in the Irish investment market. Prior to joining QRE, he worked with Savills and Allsop in Dublin. He is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (MSCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Since its establishment in 2015, QRE has built an extensive client base that includes many of Ireland’s leading institutions, corporations, property developers and private investors.
