I have been trying to contact this company since 10/15 regarding my mother’s rent increase. I am currently her caregiver and I have the necessary evidence to prove it. They did not return my call no matter how long I called to get information about the rent increase. When I finally connected with someone, they just told me it was due to “market value”, which is fine. But they still have to discuss with my mom or me, the fact that she has been renting this house through this organization since 2009 and they have only been here since 2012 to verify the real value of the house. They lied about the fact that we have court documents that my dad died in the house. However, they told me 2 times that they did not know this. Although we have sent a certified mail showing this information? And much less lie about the last time the house was inspected. We have submitted multiple maintenance requests only to be ignored. I have documents for that. This house is not up to market value and no one has verified that it is. They gave us the notice on 09/10 and I have tried to contact them ever since and got no help. Notice is until 11/30 and I need help. They haven’t reviewed your records so you feel like we’re on the same page.

The agent did not screen the tenants carefully. The first tenant ripped us off, left before the lease was up, destroyed the fridge and the agent didn’t follow up. The second also left early, and when he left the washer and dryer, 5 ceiling fans, a custom-built computer desk, and an entire wall of bookshelves were gone. The agent (to our knowledge) did not do inspections during the tenants’ leases and did not walk out with the second tenant; he didn’t follow up when the second tenant (and our property) went missing, and didn’t let us know the tenant was gone until my husband sent in a routine inquiry. Demands for money for repairs and cleaning were quick, but itemized receipts (which we need for tax purposes) were not. Communication was practically non-existent; The agent provided information only when asked.
