My name is Brad Klopman and I have been co-hosting in the Joshua Tree area since 2014. In my early career, after graduating from college with a BA in Film, I was the head of the online video division of Outside Magazine and a producer for documentaries films and high-quality corporate videos (Boeing, Carrier, United Technologies). I am honored that one of the feature films I have produced, Best Worst Picture, has won numerous awards and was one of Roger Ebert’s favorite documentaries of 2010.
After my wife and I eloped (and fell in love with the area) in Joshua Tree in 2013, I made the transition from Hollywood producer to producing a different kind of experience: helping great homes in the High Desert come to life, to make a profit and reach their audience. I created the most wanted Airbnbs in the area.
With the desire to showcase my unique philosophy for partnering with vacation home owners to provide them and their guests with a premium experience, I founded The Cohost Company in May 2018.
