RENT DUE: All rents are due on the first day of each month. Some of our leases have grace periods. Rents not received by 5:00 PM on the last day of the grace period are considered late and will incur a late fee. Rent can be paid online, mailed to us, or dropped off at our office. There is a secure mail slot at our front door where rent can be dropped off 24/7.

LATE RENTAL: Any rental not received by 5:00 PM on the last day of the grace period (if any) will be late and will be subject to a 5% late fee. Personal checks are not accepted after the 5th of each month. If your rental is late, it must be paid by cashier’s check or money order (paid to Gordon Property Management) and must include a late fee.
CANCEL CHECK: If your check is returned by the bank due to insufficient funds, or for any reason, you will be charged a refunded check fee of $40.00 PLUS a 5% late fee. Replacement checks must be paid by cashier’s check or money order and must include NSF fees and late fees. Personal checks will not be accepted by tenants who have two checks returned by the bank.
AUTO PAYMENTS: If you choose, you can set up automatic payments with your bank. You can also make online rental payments through our Online Tenant Portal.
OUT: You must provide 30 days written notice of your intention to relocate. Once we receive your notification, we will send you a moving out package with information on inspection and cleaning instructions before moving.
